FAQ

You ask, we answer

Here we give you some answers we often get about our process.

pool construction

It’s hard to give an accurate answer to this question but generally it will take 3-5 months to complete construction after we have received a permit.

Yes, during construction we have what is called a “weep hole” that allows water to move freely between the shell and underground.  This helps equalize the pressure so the pool shell will not pop out of the ground.

It depends, for cosmetic changes you can discuss with your sales rep/contractor.  There may be a fee for changes depending on the size and scope.

pool maintenance

We will fire up your pool and add startup chemicals within a day or two after it fills up.  Typically you can swim in it within a couple of hours of the fire up.  We will focus mainly on chlorine and ph levels for the first few weeks after fire up.

Typically once every two weeks will be enough however it can be necessary to clean your filter more frequently depending on use and other factors.

The salt that is put in your pool actually never leaves.  You may have to occasionally add a bag if it rains a lot and your salt gets diluted.
